Federal District Court Judge Arthur Schwab has ruled against President Obama’s edict giving legal status and work permits to five million illegal aliens. In his ruling Judge Schwab maintained that “President Obama’s unilateral legislative action violates the separation of powers provided for in the United States Constitution . . . and therefore, is unconstitutional.”
