Rep. Luis Gutierrez (D-IL) is promoting an “emergency card” for illegal aliens which advises them of ways to avoid deportation. He said it will be helpful to them when, he hopes, President Obama’s offer of legal status to five million illegal aliens is allowed to go into effect. Currently a federal court is restraining it. Gutierrez by all appearances is a Latino supremacist. He once stated that his only loyalty was to the “immigrant community.”
