GOP Senators, led by Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, gave Obama’s amnesty edicts a big boost by helping confirm Loretta Lynch as Attorney General, despite her testimony she would enforce Obama’s amnesty policies, not the immigration laws. McConnell had promised last year, while seeking reelection, that he would oppose any A.G. nominee that supported Obama’s unconstitutional executive lawmaking and refusal to enforce the nation’s immigration laws. Ten Republican senators voted with the Democrats to make the leftist Lynch the new Attorney General; ten additional Republicans voted to end debate on the nomination which allowed McConnell to bring it to a vote.
