The DUI suspect who plowed his truck into a family driving home from Disneyland, then fled the scene, was an illegal alien who had been deported 15 times in the last 15 years. The crash, in San Diego, left the American mother unconscious and the 6-year-old son with a fractured skull, bleeding from his nose and ears.
Police found the suspect, Constantino Banda-Acosta, 38, and his passenger, also an illegal who’s been deported before, a few miles away.
