Immigration Control supporters are concerned that President Trump has not yet eliminated President Obama’s DACA program which grants legal status to a category of illegal aliens. Obama illegally proclaimed DACA in defiance of the constitutional separation of powers which gives Congress, not the president, the right to makes laws. Illegal aliens in the DACA category continue to receive permits to work in the U.S. Some immigration control activists are concerned that cheap labor interests in the Republican Party are pressuring the president not to act on DACA.
