Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) forced a vote on his constitutional point of order on the Obama amnesty Saturday night, but lost on a 22 to 74 vote, with all Democrats and most of the GOP leaders voting “No.” Obama will now have the unrestricted funds to begin implementing his mass amnesty program.
